  • Then, a member of our team will come out to the house to visit with you and talk through the details, such as timeline and price.
  • Offers are based on current trends and market interest.
  • Finally, we’ll schedule the date for pick up.

FAQs About Our Total Estate Liquidation Services

Liquidations

  • What is partial liquidation?
Partial liquidation is a service where we buy a portion of your estate or household furniture, decor, antiques, and jewelry.
  • What is full liquidation?
Full liquidation is a service where we buy all or a substantial portion of your estate or household furniture, decor, antiques, and jewelry.
  • What is a complete home clean out?
With our complete home clean out, we will not only buy all furniture, but for an additional fee, we will also supply a truck and labor to completely empty the house and haul away trash. Through this route, the homeowner or person responsible for selling the home is not burdened with trash and odds and ends, and the empty house may be easier to sell.

Work with Us

Liquidating hundreds of Cleveland area estates together for the past 20 years

Marie

co-owner

Marie ran a successful estate liquidation company for many years, conducting sales across the greater Cleveland area. After working with many unique clients, she discovered that complete buyouts of estates were often preferred to holding onsite estate sales. So, she partnered with Dale to open Refurnishings in 2000.

Dale

co-owner

Dale began his career in cabinet making. He went on to successfully run a vintage furniture store where he continued to expand his extensive knowledge of furniture design and construction. He joined forces with Marie in 2000, knowing that their combined furniture and estate knowledge would make them a great team.
